All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless the wrong pair of shoes is sent.

Exchanges/Refunds

Please reach out to us via Instagram if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issues immediately.

To be considered for an exchange/refund, shoes must be in the same condition that was first received - unworn, with accompanying photos that depict the differences of what was received and what was stated in our original listing.  We will analyze and compare the two sets of pictures closely for our evaluation. If it is determined that issues do in fact originate from our end, we will reach out to you via Instagram as soon as possible, in order to discuss possible amendments for a satisfactory resolution.
